SEVASE Technologies
Specialty carbon materials

Low-temperature proprietary synthesis of HOPG and few-layer graphene. Material quality independently verified by third-party characterization.

Composition
A multi-phase carbon composite containing both highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) and few-layer graphene phases. Suitable for fractionation into separate product grades through qualified processing partners.
Characterization
Raman spectroscopy confirmed the presence of both phases at independent sampling locations.
HOPG-grade phase Grain size >1 µm · ID/IG ratio of 0.004
An order of magnitude lower defect density than commercial ZYA-grade HOPG specifications.
Few-layer graphene phase 10–11 layers per Tuinstra–Koenig analysis
Confirmed at two independent sampling locations on the same specimen.
Characterization performed by Eurofins EAG Materials Science (Sunnyvale, CA), December 2025. Report and job reference available to qualified parties under NDA.
Current capacity
Gram-scale lots available immediately. Scaling pathway to 100g lots through partner facilities for fractionation and processing. Lead times negotiated per order.
Form factor
Material is supplied as a raw multi-phase composite. Fractionated grades — HOPG-rich and few-layer graphene-rich — are available through qualified processing partners under separate arrangement.

Synthesis is performed via a proprietary low-temperature route independently developed by SEVASE Technologies.

Process details are under attorney-engaged trade-secret protection. Independent invention record on file (May 2026).

Technical details, including the synthesis mechanism, are discussed only under signed mutual non-disclosure agreement with qualified prospective partners.
